10.1. Voiceoc Text Service: “As part of our service we can respond to your queries automatically regarding support and services. We will not initiate any message from our end until the user sends us the first message. We will only be responding to user queries. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. You may contact customer support by calling at +1-302-244-1145 or emailing at [email protected]. At any time you can get more help by replying HELP to these texts, or you can opt out completely by replying STOP.
